Withdrawal & Returns Policy
(Please read the following carefully)

Tunershop makes every effort to ensure your satisfaction with the products we sell.
We will make a full refund on any goods returned within fourteen working days of you receiving them if you find them not to be suitable, faulty or change your mind on the purchase. A RMA number must be issued by Tunershop USA, Inc prior returning any items. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns within the 14 day period, which are in re-saleable condition, but are not in their original packaging and/or do not have a pre-authorization, are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
The customer is under a duty to return goods to us, and in the meantime take reasonable care of them. All items must be returned to its origin. This includes not damaging any sealed packaging (unless the item is found to be faulty when opened) or neglect and damage caused by improper fitting or use of any items.
All returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Return Authorization number through Tunershop USA, Inc before any item is returned.
Products suspected of defects may be returned (with an RA number) at any time. If the product is found to be defective, a credit will be issued in effect at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable unless due to an error by Tunershop USA, Inc.
Electronic items and wheels on which tires have been mounted cannot be returned.
Once the order has been returned we will re credit your card less our costs for shipping, even you have received free shipping on your initial order (within a maximum of 30 days).
We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
You must check your delivery at the time of delivery to see if they are the correct amount of packages which you have ordered, any shortages must be noted on the delivery consignment note and you must inform us within 7 days from delivery.
If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier delivery consignment note number and you will need to inform us within 7 days from delivery. If the carrier rejects a claim due to the fact of neglecting the above we can not held responsible for any loss resulting.
You must inform us within 7 days if you have received the wrong goods from the delivery date. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
If the goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 25% of the price of the goods along the cost of shipping will be charged to your credit card account.
